Mining-grade flame-retardant pump
A mine-used electric inhibitor pump is a device capable of atomizing inhibitors into an aerosol form. It is used for spraying and injecting inhibitor solutions underground in coal mines, as well as for dispersing inhibitory aerosol solutions to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal. Additionally, it can function as a smoke-suppression and dust-removal pump; adding a surfactant to the water significantly enhances its effectiveness. When significant spontaneous combustion risks arise due to high roof collapses and substantial accumulations of floating coal in mine roadways, a self-made perforated iron pipe can be inserted into the collapsed area and connected to the high-pressure hose of the inhibitor pump. This setup allows the inhibitor solution to be sprayed directly onto the floating coal, effectively preventing spontaneous combustion and fire hazards.

Mining-grade corrosion-inhibiting pump
Product Overview
A mine-use electric inhibitor pump is a device capable of atomizing inhibitors into an aerosol form. It is designed for spraying and injecting inhibitor solutions underground in coal mines, as well as dispersing inhibitory aerosol solutions to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal. Additionally, it can function as a dust-control pump; adding a surfactant to the water enhances its effectiveness.
When a high roof collapse occurs in coal mine roadways, accompanied by the accumulation of significant floating coal, a homemade perforated iron pipe can be inserted into the collapsed area and connected to the high-pressure hose of an inhibitor pump. This allows the inhibitor solution to be sprayed directly onto the floating coal, effectively preventing spontaneous combustion and fire hazards.
Product Features
1. The inerting pump is a key piece of equipment in inerting agent fire prevention technology, effectively isolating coal from contact with oxygen, maintaining coal moisture levels, and accelerating heat dissipation.
2. The inerting pump can either directly spray the inerting agent onto residual coal using a spray gun, or inject it into the coal mass via an atomized nozzle for mist application.
3. Only 1 to 2 operators are needed, along with an additional mixing tank filled with the flame-retardant solution, to carry out the work.
4. Lightweight pump-and-stirrer integrated units are also available for convenient mixing operations.
