Product Overview

This rapid sealing material is a next-generation product in the fire-retardant and fire-prevention category, addressing the issue of heat accumulation during the foaming and filling process. Compared to traditional products, it boasts enhanced flame-retardant performance, while its application method remains simple and user-friendly. Additionally, the product is environmentally friendly and odorless, making it ideal for localized areas such as roadways, top surfaces of support structures, and other critical locations like upper and lower corner seals designed to prevent air leakage and combat spontaneous combustion of coal.

Product Features

Under continuous exposure to a high-temperature fire source of 1200℃, it neither burns, nor collapses, nor supports combustion.
Initially, after foaming, it forms an emulsified foam with excellent flowability, spreadability, and adhesion to surfaces. Once cured, it expands 18 to 25 times its original volume, enabling it to thoroughly fill surrounding voids and fractures within the coal mass over a wide area.
The cured foam has a high closed-cell rate, low air permeability, and effectively seals air leaks.
