Ultra-high-water filling material – Paste-like high-water thickening additive
Product Overview
Our company produces a paste-like high-water thickening additive (ultra-high water filling material), which is specifically designed for gob filling. It boasts advantages such as simple processing, rapid setting, and stable performance. This product is widely used in the coal industry for applications including longwall caving with filling, retaining roadways along existing entries, filling empty roadways, controlling roof collapses, reinforcing coal walls, providing side-entry filling support, sealing and extinguishing fires in gob areas, preventing spontaneous combustion, and enhancing the structural integrity of mine shaft and roadway walls through thickened filling support.
Product FeaturesThe industrial application process of the high-water-thickening additive for paste-like materials (ultra-high water-filling material) is mainly divided into three parts: preparing slurry separately from the two types of powdered materials—Type A and Type B—and then transporting and filling them into molds. The specific operational process flow is as follows:
1. Pulp System: Utilizing two dedicated slurry mixers—Mixer A and Mixer B—equipped with water and material addition systems, the system separately mixes Material A and Material B to create a uniform slurry.
2. Conveying System: The uniform slurry is simultaneously fed into the mixer in equal amounts using two sets of mud pumps—Pump A and Pump B—along with their respective delivery pipelines for thorough mixing.
3. Hybrid Molding System: After the two slurries—Type A and Type B—are thoroughly mixed in the mixer, they are simultaneously fed into the filling bag, where the slurry rapidly solidifies and takes shape.
