BMK-A Portable Coal Mine Gas Explosibility Tester

The BMK-A Portable Coal Mine Gas Explosibility Tester (referred to as the explosibility tester) is a mine-use intrinsically safe and explosion-proof portable instrument designed for underground coal mine use. The explosibility tester is carried by mine rescue team members into disaster areas underground to monitor whether the surrounding gas components in the working environment pose an explosion hazard. It can also be carried by firefighting personnel to detect the concentration of methane and oxygen in the surrounding environment or enclosed air during the handling of spontaneous combustion or unsealing fire zones. The instrument directly displays the concentrations of O₂, CH₄, and CO, as well as the ambient temperature on the LCD screen. It also shows the "explosion triangle" graphic and the coordinate points formed by each gas component. When approaching or reaching the warning limit, the instrument simultaneously issues audible and visual alarms.

Product Features

1. The tester uses natural diffusion sampling method.

2. The display values of the tester should have three or more significant digits, using an LCD display with a resolution of 0.1% CH₄ for methane, 0.1% O₂ for oxygen, 1x10⁻⁶ for carbon monoxide, and 0.1℃ for temperature.

3. The tester has audible and visual alarm functions and alarm self-check capability.

4. Battery and charging functions.

The tester's battery uses batteries without "memory effect" or has measures to prevent "memory effect."

The tester should have power voltage display, undervoltage warning, and automatic shutdown functions.

When charging the tester, there should be a charging indicator, automatic cutoff upon full charge, and notification functions.
