Product Introduction
The YHQ3.7 Portable Gas Analyzer for Coal Mines is a new generation gas chromatograph analyzer that can be used with a management platform. The device is equipped with hydrogen flame detector (FID), flame photometric detector (FPD), thermal conductivity detector (TCD), electrochemical, and infrared sensors, capable of measuring multiple gas contents in complex gas environments.
Main Applications
Used for multi-component analysis of air composition underground in mines, full component analysis of mine gases at mining sites, laboratory analysis, early prediction and forecasting of coal seam spontaneous combustion, monitoring the concentration changes of gas components during coal spontaneous combustion, preventing spontaneous combustion and gas explosions.

- Uses high-precision gas thermal conductivity sensors with silicon microtechnology, featuring low power consumption, wide temperature range, high sensitivity, low detection limit, and high detection accuracy;
- Can simultaneously analyze multiple gases including CH4 methane, O₂ oxygen, CO₂ carbon dioxide, C2H6 alkanes, N2 nitrogen, CO carbon monoxide, H2S hydrogen sulfide, NO nitric oxide, NO2 nitrogen dioxide, VOC volatile organic compounds, etc.;
- Lightweight, compact size, novel design, equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery, suitable for emergency monitoring and on-site analysis;
- Methane and oxygen detection accuracy reaches 0.1%, other gases detection accuracy reaches 1 ppm, VOC measurement accuracy reaches 1 ppd;
- Used for alarm and warning. For all sensors except oxygen, if the gas concentration reading exceeds the set alarm value, the analyzer will continuously alarm until the gas concentration reading falls below the alarm threshold.
