  • GC-4095(A) Portable Gas Analyzer for Coal Mines

    Product Introduction

    The GC-4095(A) portable gas analyzer for coal mines is a mine-use portable gas chromatograph that can be operated directly in the on-site disaster-relief environment underground. It features high sensitivity and high accuracy in the analysis of common gases, enabling rapid and precise measurement of gas parameters in underground disaster scenarios, as well as analysis and identification of explosive hazards, thereby providing valuable decision-support information for mine rescue command personnel.

    Product Features

    ● Supports both automatic and manual sampling, equipped with a built-in computer-based analysis and processing system that enables real-time data analysis and immediate result generation, providing a scientific basis for rescue operations.

    ●The gas composition is analyzed as comprising oxygen, nitrogen, methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and other components;

    ● Employs a high-precision gas thermal conductivity sensor based on silicon microtechnology, featuring low power consumption, a wide temperature range, high sensitivity, a low detection limit, and high measurement accuracy.

    ● Lightweight at only about 6 kg, compact in size, and featuring a novel design; equipped with a built-in carrier gas cylinder and a rechargeable lithium battery, making it ideal for emergency monitoring and on-site analysis. It can be carried with one hand, replacing gas analysis laboratory vehicles and other similar equipment.

    ● Built-in explosion-proof battery that provides over 72 hours of operation without any external power source;

    ● Short analysis cycle: the entire analysis takes no more than 13 minutes;

    ● Convenient to use: only one carrier gas is required; no fuel gas or oxidizer gas is needed.

    ● Non-destructive testing, enabling secondary analysis and detection of the gas under test;

    ●The instrument’s storage capacity can hold 2,000 test results and 56 sets of raw test data, which can be backed up to a computer via the workstation. The raw data can be reanalyzed on the workstation, while the result data is saved as text files, facilitating data extraction for report generation or statistical reporting.

    ●When used in conjunction with a coal-mine gas analysis data-processing system (which features a built-in explosion-triangle analysis module), the instrument’s data can be transmitted directly to the workstation, enabling more convenient data processing and analysis.
