Catering Support Vehicle

The catering support vehicle is designed based on the current emergency support system and actual combat needs, making full use of the vehicle's effective space to reasonably arrange various cooking equipment, meeting the requirements for food processing under field conditions. It provides food support services for handling emergencies, natural disaster incidents, major security and guard operations, and other on-site situations. Equipped with fully functional food preparation equipment and corresponding operational space for outdoor cooking tasks, it can provide meals for 150 people within one hour. It features excellent off-road mobility, strong operational capability, high automation level, the ability to cook while on the move, minimal weather impact, and comfortable seating. It is suitable for all-weather deployment and can meet the logistical support needs of public security, SWAT, and firefighting units performing special missions.

Innovative Features:
1. The vehicle adopts a double-side wing-opening design, which increases the compartment area by 9.5 square meters when extended, enlarging the workspace for operators.
2. High-volume exhaust hood quickly expels cooking fumes outside the vehicle.
3. Large-capacity clean water tank equipped with a sewage tank for collecting kitchen wastewater.
4. The wing-opening mechanism is driven by hydraulic cylinders, ensuring constant speed, smooth operation, and high synchronization accuracy.
5. The compartment uses a steel frame and steel panel structure, with polyurethane foam insulation between the frames, which greatly improves the vehicle's insulation performance while ensuring increased body strength.
6. The front cabin is set up as a dining area, equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating), a large screen TV, dining tables and chairs; the passenger door uses an electric outward swinging door plus a hydraulic flip step.
7. The chassis engine uses a Sinotruk Shandeka chassis, providing more powerful power than ordinary vehicles, independent airbag suspension, superior handling performance, shorter braking distance, and enhanced safety and comfort.
