Emergency Camping Vehicle
The emergency camping vehicle is specifically designed to enhance outdoor accommodation conditions and improve mission support capabilities in field operations. It is widely applicable across a variety of sectors, including disaster relief, emergency rescue, the military, public security special forces, fire services, and medical and health care. The vehicle is fully equipped to accommodate 8 to 24 personnel for overnight stays in field settings during emergency response, rescue operations, medical assistance, disaster relief, and other contingency situations. The vehicle comprises a high-mobility Class II chassis, expandable side modules, utility systems for water and power supply, an audio-visual system, an air-conditioning system, and comprehensive lodging equipment.
Key Features
(1) High vehicle maneuverability and strong off-road capability;
(2) The left and right sides of the vehicle body are equipped with expansion compartments that can be operated in automatic or manual mode, providing substantial additional space.
(3) A large-capacity water tank is installed to ensure sufficient water for campsite washing and sanitation, while wastewater is centrally collected in a sewage tank.
(4) Equipped with an onboard generator for autonomous power supply; alternatively, external grid power or a power vehicle can be used for input.
(5) The vehicle-mounted camp area features bunk beds and is equipped with essential amenities such as televisions and air conditioners.
Specialized Functional Specifications for Camping Vehicles
- Camping capacity: can accommodate 8 to 24 people simultaneously;
- Shower facilities: Each private bathroom is equipped with a shower for one person; shower water temperature is adjustable between 38°C and 60°C, and the entire room has been treated for comprehensive waterproofing.
- Toilet facilities: Each group is provided with a private restroom for individual use, which can be used on a rotating basis.
- Water Storage Capacity: The clean water tank has a capacity of approximately 500 L; the wastewater tank has a capacity of approximately 400 L.
- Water pipeline network water pressure: normal operating pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa;
- Temperature Control: The central heating and cooling air-conditioning system delivers 3 kW of heating capacity and 5 kW of cooling capacity; an optional fuel-fired heater with a heating output of 7 kW is available, ensuring that the indoor temperature in outdoor environments can be maintained within the adjustable range of 20–30°C.
- Ventilation Capacity: Under open-door and window conditions, natural ventilation provides an air exchange rate of approximately 100–200 cubic meters per hour; the electric forced-exhaust fan delivers an airflow of 900 cubic meters per hour.
- Self-power supply capability: generator power rating of 5 kW, rated voltage of 220 V, and standard operating conditions allow for approximately 4–6 hours of continuous power supply per charge.
