Intelligent Inhibiting Control System
System Overview
This inhibiting pump station system is an integrated underground coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing device that incorporates modern advanced technologies. The system combines sensor technology, automation control technology, communication technology, and big data analysis to achieve comprehensive monitoring, intelligent regulation, and remote management of the pump station's operating status. Its flow and pressure are stable, quantitative mixing is accurate and uniform, and the atomization effect is good, meeting the requirements of the "MT/T699-1997 Technical Specification for Inhibiting Steam Fog Fire Prevention in Coal Mine Goaf Areas."
It adopts a modular design with a compact, simple, practical structure, stable performance, reliable operation, easy transportation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and long service life. The high-pressure delivery pump can transport the inhibitor over long distances. The large flow design allows full-section spraying of inhibiting steam fog, meeting the inspection requirements of coal mine supervision and related departments.
In terms of intelligence, the system collects real-time key operating parameters such as water level, flow, pressure, and concentration through various sensors installed in the pump station and transmits this data to the central processing unit for analysis. Based on this data, the system can automatically determine the pump station's operating status and automatically adjust the feeding, stirring, and pumping start-stop of the inhibiting pump station according to preset logic and algorithms. Built-in multidimensional protection programs effectively ensure the safety and reliability of all process nodes during operation, reduce manual intervention, and help mines reduce personnel, increase safety, and improve efficiency.
The system also features powerful remote monitoring capabilities. Managers can view real-time operating data, historical records, and alarm information of the pump station anytime and anywhere via computers or mobile phones, enabling remote control and management of the pump station. This non-contact operation mode not only improves work efficiency but also reduces personnel safety risks.
Regarding fault warning and handling, the system can detect potential equipment fault risks through real-time monitoring and data analysis and promptly notify relevant personnel for handling via device control screen interfaces, host computer interfaces, audible and visual alarms, and other methods. This proactive fault prevention mechanism effectively prevents fault escalation impacts on pump station operation, providing strong support for safe coal mine production.
System Purpose
Inhibiting fire prevention involves dissolving the inhibitor and delivering it through pipelines to the working face. After atomization, the inhibiting steam fog is sprayed into the goaf area, forming an inhibiting liquid film attached to the coal surface, reducing the oxidation rate of residual coal, extending the natural ignition period, thereby achieving fire prevention.
