Product Introduction
The mine fuel oil inert gas generator is a fire extinguishing and explosion-proof device specially designed for underground working environments such as coal mines. The working principle of this device is based on the combustion technology of an aviation turbojet engine. Through the rapid oxidation reaction of fuel oil in a specially designed combustion chamber, it produces inert gases mainly composed of nitrogen (N2), carbon dioxide (CO2), and carbon monoxide (CO). These inert gases are cooled by water jackets and flue spray to become wet inert gases that meet fire extinguishing requirements, used to extinguish underground fires and suppress gas explosions.
Product Features
- Oxygen content can be observed at any time, and gas composition can be adjusted. The automatic protection device for water shortage and power failure is improved.
- A secondary combustion device is added, allowing it to maintain CO at a low level even when oxygen decreases. It uses imported oxygen sensors for permanent use without replacement.
- Can handle open flames in roadways as well as fires in goaf areas.
- Uses ordinary civilian kerosene as fuel, which is low cost and easy to source.
- The device has a large gas output per unit time, quickly inerting fire zones. After extinguishing, it restores work safely, quickly, and economically with low equipment loss rate.
