Product Introduction
With the Dräger RZ 7000, functional and seal tests of the Dräger PSS BG 4 can be performed more easily and quickly than ever before.
Product Advantages
1. Ready to Use Immediately
After turning on the testing device, the sensor automatically zeros — the device is then ready for immediate use. With the new self-locking adapter, the Dräger PSS BG 4 remains securely connected to the tester throughout the entire testing process without the need for additional fastening accessories.
2. Integrated Hand Pump
The integrated hand pump with an aluminum handle and stainless steel rod can immediately generate positive pressure. After switching once, the pump produces negative pressure without further switching.
3. Function Selector Switch
This switch sets the pump direction, allowing the device to be used for seal testing. When flow measurement is selected, the display automatically switches to the flow sensor, and measurement begins immediately without further intervention. Placing the switch in the quick exhaust position ensures air is expelled from the device without disconnecting the Dräger PSS BG 4 connection.
4. Brand New Display
The backlit display shows the current pressure and the pressure saved at the start and end of the test. During seal testing, the timer displays the remaining test time and automatically calculates the pressure difference between the initial and final pressures. Alternatively, the display can be set to show only the current pressure and timer.
5. Portable Design
The Dräger RZ 7000 mobile tester is integrated into a compact carrying case. The robust housing is IP54 certified, dustproof and splashproof. The use of a lithium-ion battery allows the device to remain on standby for at least 24 hours anywhere without an external power supply. Additionally, a configurable auto-shutdown function further extends usage time. Of course, the device can also be used while charging.
6. PC Software
The device can also be used with Dräger Protector software (version 5.0 or higher), enabling recording of test results and automatic progress control of test intervals. Test records can be printed immediately or reviewed later.
7. Included Accessories
Using the optional test head mold, testing functions can be extended to full-face masks with RP connectors. Additionally, a workbench mounting fixture securely installs the RZ 7000 in workshops. The vehicle charger provides power on the go, ensuring the device is always ready for use.
8. Longer Calibration Interval
A 24-month calibration interval reduces maintenance work for the Dräger RZ 7000.
