Intelligent Grouting Control System
Grouting fire prevention technology is the most effective and widely used measure to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal. This technology involves pulverizing grouting materials (loess, fly ash), mixing them with water and additives to prepare a slurry, which is then pressurized and delivered by a grouting pump to the fire prevention area. The slurry fills coal and rock fissures to block air leakage channels, wraps coal and rock, reduces the contact area between coal surfaces and oxygen, prevents oxidation, increases external moisture of coal, absorbs heat to cool coal and rock, slows down the oxidation rate of coal at low temperatures, and extends the ignition period, thereby preventing spontaneous combustion fires in mines.

"Coal Mine Safety Regulations"
Article 260: Mines that extract coal seams prone to spontaneous combustion and self-ignition must prepare a special mine fire prevention and extinguishing design and adopt comprehensive measures to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seams. (Comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures refer to taking two or more fire prevention and extinguishing methods such as grouting, nitrogen injection, and spraying inhibitors)
System Introduction
Grouting fire prevention technology is the most effective and widely used measure to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal. This technology involves pulverizing grouting materials (loess, fly ash), mixing them with water and additives to prepare a slurry, and using a grouting pump to pressurize and deliver the slurry to the fire prevention area. It fills coal and rock fissures to block air leakage channels, wraps coal and rock, reduces the contact area between coal surface and oxygen, prevents oxidation, increases external moisture of coal, absorbs heat to cool coal and rock, slows down the oxidation rate of coal at low temperatures, and extends the ignition period, thereby preventing spontaneous combustion fires in mines.
This technology is currently the most effective and widely applied measure to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal. Loess, fly ash: water = 1:2~8.
System Purpose
The purpose of this device is to transport slurry through pipelines to the injection site. It is widely used in construction inside mine shafts, railway and highway tunnels, water diversion tunnels, culverts, mine caves, bridge tunnels, as well as hydraulic engineering, hydropower projects, slope support, underground construction operations, and foundation pouring projects.
System Composition
The system consists of a PLC control box, various sensors, automatic feeding machine, slurry proportioning tank, mud pump, and other components.
System Features
1. The system uses PLC centralized precise control to achieve on-site or remote operation, display equipment working status, and automatically feed materials to complete slurry preparation according to set concentration.
2. One-button start for the mud pump to complete timed and quantitative slurry delivery.
3. The system can monitor slurry tank liquid level, slurry concentration, grouting pump output pressure, inlet water flow, grouting pump flow, and slurry tank temperature in real time.
4. Equipped with high and low liquid level alarm functions for the liquid tank and fault prompts.
5. The system has an automatic cleaning function for the equipment after slurry delivery ends.
6. Monitoring data is uploaded in real time to the mine dispatch room via underground 5G ring network, generating data reports.
7. The system can move on mine tracks.
