    System Overview

    This system refers to setting test subjects artificially under the harsh conditions of simulated disaster relief sites. Trainees wear respirators and, under simulated conditions of darkness, noise, dense smoke, and high temperature, follow preset work procedures to correctly pass through various obstacles and complete rescue and casualty evacuation tasks according to prescribed actions. It can measure the maximum physical and psychological endurance of trainees and evaluate whether they can correctly use respirators and complete rescue tasks.

    Using this training system for regular training of new and experienced rescue team members can enrich the experience of respirator users, improve rescue capabilities in various complex environments, enhance the physical and psychological qualities of rescue team members, thereby improving their combat ability, adaptability, and psychological endurance during actual rescue operations in emergencies, ultimately achieving the goal of protecting their own safety and successfully completing rescue tasks.

     

    System Components

    1. Metal Grating Passage System

    The metal grating passage is a complex channel composed of a sturdy cage made of modular metal. It is designed according to the national emergency rescue center standards simulating tunnel height, with four entrances and exits all located on the ground floor. It can be adjusted, changed, and functionally expanded according to spatial conditions and user requirements.

    2. Step Tracking System

    During training, commanders and observers need to monitor the trainees' working status in real time or take emergency rescue measures when abnormalities occur. Pressure contact floor panels are installed along the route; whenever someone passes, the trainee's location is displayed on the control console. This allows monitoring personnel to know the trainee's position even in complete darkness or heavy smoke during training.

    3. Smoke and Heat Simulation System

    Relying on a dedicated smoke generator installed in the training room, smoke can be emitted before each training session as required. The smoke concentration inside the training room is controlled by the duration of continuous smoke emission. The room can be filled with smoke in a short time. The smoke emitted by the sprayer is non-corrosive and non-toxic vapor with no residue. If necessary, trainees can safely enter and exit the smoke-filled training room without respirators, with no harm to breathing. The smoke generator is operated from the control console.

    4. Audio-Visual Control System

    To simulate the real scene of a disaster site, lighting control devices are set up, including colorful strobe lights and colored lights controlled by the console, which emit alternating flashing light beams. Additionally, warning lights are installed, combined with sirens and explosion sounds in the background noise, enhancing the audiovisual effect and increasing the tension of the entire training process.

    The lighting inside the training room, besides daily use, is also linked to the control console. During training, if an emergency occurs, partial or all lighting will immediately activate upon the "emergency stop" command to assist emergency handling. Meanwhile, other parts of the system stop operating, and the corresponding ventilation system opens simultaneously to quickly eliminate danger.

    5. Medical Rescue Training System

    The medical rescue system is used to train first aid and other rescue projects for casualties, equipped with mannequins, automatic resuscitators, and other devices.

    6. Physical Fitness Testing System

    The physical fitness testing system is used to test the trainees' physical endurance. The system consists of a motorized treadmill, elliptical machine, magnetic control exercise bike, etc. Users can select according to their needs.

    7. Vital Signs Telemetry System

    The vital signs telemetry system consists of a main unit and a portable unit, capable of monitoring trainees simultaneously. The main unit can display in real time all physiological parameters, waveforms, and battery status collected by handheld monitors, with full-duplex communication, remote control of the portable unit, support for two-way paging, and multi-screen display. The wireless smart module transmits clearly at a distance of at least 200 meters. It synchronously displays comprehensive waveform signals and digital signals with powerful central management software, facilitating the establishment and storage of electronic vital sign records for trainees. It is a true full-parameter real-time telemetry monitor that can simultaneously monitor ECG, respiration, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and pulse physiological parameters, and display waveforms synchronously.

    8. Central Control System

    The central control system is the heart of the entire system, controlling all operations of the training system through the main control console and several electrical control boxes.

    The control room is equipped with a control console and observation seats. Commanders and observers can comprehensively understand the training status of trainees inside the training room through monitors and intercom systems.

    Main Control Console: The computer control system uses a PC control method operated by mouse. The control software integrates control of the heater, electromagnetic doors, colored lights, strobe lights, smoke machine, indicator lights, lighting, ventilation, and other equipment, and can display the working status of all control points in real time on the monitor.
