Mining Inhibitor
Surface spraying of coal underground creates an isolation film between the coal and air; it prevents contact with oxygen and stops spontaneous combustion of coal; the inhibitor solution can withstand high temperatures of about 800℃~1000℃; a stable, antioxidative, flame-retardant, water-containing film forms on the coal surface, fully wrapping coal particles to isolate oxygen and prevent fire.

Product Introduction
Performance Features:
Sprayed on the surface layer of underground coal, forming an isolation film between coal and air; prevents contact with oxygen and inhibits spontaneous combustion of coal; the inhibitor solution can withstand high temperatures of about 800℃~1000℃; forms a stable, anti-oxidation, flame-retardant, moisture-containing film on the coal surface, fully wrapping coal particles to isolate oxygen and prevent fire.
Applicable Environment:
Ignition points and high-temperature points; spraying on upper and lower corners and behind the frame for floating coal; along the broken coal pillars in the goaf; spraying on the surface of coal at cut-through openings and stop lines, and broken coal bodies on both sides.
Mechanism of Action:
- Increases the chemical inertness of coal at low temperatures.
- Forms a liquid film surrounding coal blocks and surface fissures of coal.
- Fills internal fissures of coal pillars.
- Enhances the water retention capacity of the coal body.
- Water evaporation absorbs heat and cools down. Essentially, it reduces the oxidation rate of coal at low temperatures, prolonging the natural spontaneous combustion period of coal.
- Increases the chemical inertness of coal at low temperatures.
