    System Overview

    The ZMK127 alarm fire extinguishing control device for mine shafts is a set of automatic alarm fire extinguishing devices developed by our company specifically for key underground areas such as coal mine shafts and underground belt conveyor roadways, based on real-time fire monitoring using various types of sensors.

    When a fire occurs, combustion produces a large amount of heat as well as smoke, flames, carbon monoxide, and various mixed gases. The system mainly detects these environmental characteristics of a fire to intelligently determine whether a fire has occurred, and automatically performs voice, light alarms, and fire extinguishing operations.

     

    System Purpose

    Used for fire prevention and extinguishing in locations such as mine shafts equipped with belt conveyors, belt conveyor roadways, belt conveyor transport tunnels, coal bunkers, electrical equipment, and various types of chambers.

     

    Principle Description

    The core equipment of the device, the automatic fire extinguishing main control box, contains sensor monitoring modules, automatic fire extinguishing control modules, and Ethernet communication transmission modules.

    The sensor monitoring module can monitor data from flame, carbon monoxide, smoke, temperature sensors in real time and automatically analyze and process this data intelligently; if a fire is detected, it will immediately control the automatic fire extinguishing module to open the electric ball valve to spray water for extinguishing or control the dry powder fire extinguishing device to extinguish the fire, thereby achieving full-area monitoring and automatic fire extinguishing operations for fire hazards inside the mine shaft.

    The Ethernet communication transmission module mainly communicates data with the surface monitoring center to achieve data transmission.

     

    System Features

    (1) Simultaneously monitors multiple real-time data, collects and uploads data to the monitoring center.

    (2) The device capacity can be large or small and can be applied to various hazardous underground areas of coal mines, such as belt conveyor shafts, charging chambers, central substations, and other areas.

    (3) Parameters can be set via remote control or within the main control box.

    (4) The control substation has independent judgment functions; when communication with the surface monitoring center is interrupted, it can still automatically collect data, intelligently judge, and automatically extinguish fires without affecting the operation of underground devices.
