Product Introduction
The mining lightweight filling material is easy to apply, effectively filling or spraying the required locations. It is non-combustible and does not support combustion, featuring lightweight, sealing, load-bearing, high efficiency, and environmental protection. It can effectively complete many tasks such as filling and sealing in coal spontaneous combustion hazard areas and gas mines. This material is mixed directly with water and pumped to the designated location through a slurry pump, completing initial setting within 20 seconds to 2 minutes (adjustable based on site conditions). It gains strength after one hour, and during solidification, it also provides good fire prevention and extinguishing effects.
The product can be used to fill various abandoned roadways, old chambers, goaf areas, and high air leakage voids. Its advantages include fast application, flexible pressure resistance, lightweight, crack resistance, non-combustibility, and no combustion support. The reaction temperature does not exceed 50°C, and it has no toxic side effects. After curing, the material has a high closed-cell rate, does not shrink, weather, or crack under high temperatures, and possesses certain compressive strength. The filling cost is much lower than polyurethane polymer foam filling materials.
Product Features
The lightweight filling material is a single-component mixed with water, with a water-to-cement ratio of 1:0.4 to 0.9. One ton of material can fill 7-10 cubic meters of space. After filling, initial setting is completed within 20 seconds to 2 minutes (adjustable), and strength develops after 1 hour. The material's compressive strength ranges from 0.3 to 1 MPa.
After mixing, the material is quickly injected into the required location through a slurry pump or grouting pump and sprayer. During solidification, the slurry can provide certain fire prevention and extinguishing effects. The temperature during solidification does not exceed 50°C, and it ultimately forms a dense whole with the surrounding space.
