JTF-I Pruitt Mine Fire Prevention Special Liquid
To overcome the shortcomings of current fire prevention and extinguishing technologies such as mud slurry injection, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam, Pret Type I adopts encapsulation technology. It first uses microencapsulation technology to treat the surface of the gelling material. After foam is generated in water, the gelling material is then released, achieving the ideal state of foaming first and gelling later. This technology effectively integrates the advantages of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies including yellow mud grouting, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam, while avoiding their respective disadvantages.

JTF-I Purette Special Liquid for Mine Fire Prevention and Extinguishing
Product Introduction
To overcome the shortcomings of current fire prevention and extinguishing technologies such as slurry injection, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam, Purette Type I adopts encapsulation technology. It first uses microcapsule technology to treat the surface of the gelling material. After foam is generated in water, the gelling material is then released, achieving the ideal state of foaming first and gelling later. This technology effectively combines the advantages of yellow mud grouting, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam fire prevention technologies while avoiding their respective disadvantages.
Technical Features
(1) Good diffusion and accumulation: The generated gel uses foam as a carrier, enabling wide-range diffusion, three-dimensional accumulation, and all-around coverage of high, medium, and low fire sources in the fire area;
(2) Excellent water retention and cooling: The generated gel contains more than 95% moisture, providing superior heat absorption, cooling, and moisturizing functions in oxidation heat storage areas;
(3) Excellent adhesion and sealing: The gel effectively covers and adheres to floating coal cracks, providing good sealing performance for fine air leakage channels;
(4) Excellent thermal stability: The gel has good high-temperature resistance, can slowly absorb heat when exposed to high temperatures, efficiently displacing coal oxidation heat, and significantly improving the cooling efficiency of water;
(5) Good inhibition and inerting: The inhibitors in the additives efficiently inhibit coal, preventing spontaneous combustion. Meanwhile, the nitrogen in the foam is slowly released, avoiding the nitrogen loss common with direct nitrogen injection, and maintaining long-lasting inert conditions in the fire area.
Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Performance
(1) Diffusion performance in goaf areas
Compared to gels, Purette Type I has superior diffusion performance. The gel generated by Purette Type I uses foam as a carrier to diffuse through floating coal cracks to higher and farther areas in the goaf. Wherever the foam can diffuse, the gel layer can cover the floating coal.
(2) Comparison of accumulation performance between Purette Type I and ordinary foam
Purette Type I has better accumulation performance compared to yellow mud and ordinary foam, allowing it to accumulate upwards in nearly open spaces.
(3) Comparison of anti-reburn performance between Purette Type I and ordinary foam
The Purette gel contains more than 95% moisture, providing excellent heat absorption, cooling, and chilling functions, and has better anti-reburn performance compared to yellow mud slurry and ordinary foam.
(4) Comparison of thermal stability between Purette Type I and ordinary foam: The gel has good high-temperature resistance, can slowly absorb heat when exposed to high temperatures, efficiently displaces coal oxidation heat, and significantly improves the cooling efficiency of water.
