Product Overview
The mine-used pneumatic injection pump is a wind-powered, high-pressure emulsion pump station designed for underground coal mines. It is primarily used for temporary support during roadway repairs in coal mine tunnels, providing advanced support at the working face’s cutting eye. Additionally, it serves as a replacement or reinforcement support system when beams and legs are being replaced underground, and is also utilized to pressurize support columns for small inclined-slope hoisting winches underground.

- Powered by gas, it operates without arcs or sparks, making it suitable for use in hazardous environments.
- The machine comes equipped with an emulsion mixing pump. During operation, simply add the concentrate (i.e., emulsified oil) into the container, connect it to the underground water supply line, and the system will automatically mix the emulsion—resulting in a pre-mixed emulsion that flows out from the outlet.
- Liquid output pressure can exceed 31.5 MPa.
- The product casing is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel;
- This unit is equipped with an air filter and a liquid water filter, which help extend the equipment's lifespan and reduce maintenance needs.
