Mining foam dust suppression device
The KPC-15/300 mine-use foam dust suppression device consists of a quantitative addition system and a foaming system. It utilizes the mine’s existing dust suppression water supply: a certain amount of foaming agent is added into the water pipeline via the quantitative addition system, and then compressed air is introduced to create dust-suppressing foam through the foaming system.

Relevant Regulations
Relevant provisions from Chapter 2, "Dust Control," in Part 5 of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations (2022 Edition)"
Article 650: When operating a longwall mining machine in an underground coal mine, comprehensive measures such as internal and external spraying systems and ventilation-based dust removal must be implemented. If the mining machine is running without water or if its spraying device fails to function properly, operation must be immediately halted.
Product Overview
The KPC-15/300 mine-use foam dust suppression device consists of a quantitative addition system and a foaming system. It utilizes the mine’s existing dust suppression water supply: a certain amount of foaming agent is added into the water pipeline via the quantitative addition system, and then compressed air is introduced to activate the foaming system, generating dust-suppressing foam.
By adding a foaming agent to the dust-control water and mixing it with compressed air, the resulting dust-suppression foam significantly increases in volume. This foam boasts excellent adhesion properties and rapid wetting capabilities. When sprayed onto dust sources, it effectively covers and encapsulates them, fundamentally preventing dust from being generated or spreading—delivering outstanding dust-control performance while maintaining broad applicability.
Product Features
1. Uses pneumatic-water linkage, requires no electricity, and is easier to install and connect;
2. Low water consumption, high foam volume, and excellent foaming efficiency—using just a small amount of water combined with the foaming agent allows for immediate, highly effective dust suppression.
3. Use coaxial valves for simultaneous on/off operation—convenient and easy to handle;
