Part Five, Chapter Two "Dust Prevention" Article 650: When operating tunneling machines in underground coal mines, comprehensive measures such as internal and external spraying and ventilation dust removal must be adopted. If the tunneling machine has no water or the spray device cannot be used normally, the machine must be stopped.

This product is an onboard spray pump specially designed for tunneling machines, suitable for S100, S150 series, ELM87 series, EBZ series, S200, EBJ20 and other tunneling machines.

Used as a dust prevention accessory for tunneling machine working faces; can be used as a waterway relay booster pump;

Product Features

Spray pressure is adjustable.
Can be interlocked to start with the tunneling machine.
Unique self-lubricating operation mode ensures no need to add lubricating oil to the high-pressure pump transmission system during use.
The high-pressure pump uses positive pressure water supply, no need for an intermediate water tank, and can be directly installed at a reasonable position on the tunneling machine body. The high-pressure pump water supply comes from the tunneling machine cooling water outlet or static pressure water.
