Designed specifically for the mining industry, the mine-use borehole sealing pump is used for gas drainage, water injection, and grouting operations in coal mines—essentially for sealing boreholes. Utilizing advanced grouting technology, this equipment effectively seals boreholes, preventing the leakage of hazardous materials such as methane gas and water flow. This not only enhances safety but also boosts efficiency in coal mine operations, making it suitable for a wide range of challenging underground environments.

- Strong sealing capability: The maximum sealing length for horizontal drill holes can reach up to 40 meters, while for vertical upward drill holes, it extends up to 30 meters.
- It simultaneously features stirring and the ability to convey high-viscosity slurries: For cement slurries, the water-to-cement ratios are as follows—slag cement: 1 part cement to 0.32 parts water; silicate cement: 1 part cement to 0.4 parts water.
- There’s no need to ream the cased borehole section or lower the grouting pipe all the way to the bottom of the borehole being sealed—simply secure and seal the grouting pipe appropriately at the opening of the borehole to be sealed.
- Highly viscous cement slurry exhibits inherent non-shrinkage properties, ensuring tight sealing of any borehole and significantly enhancing the quality of borehole plugging.
- It has the function of regulating pressure and flow.
