This product works by detecting a flame in the pipeline: when a flame occurs, the flame sensor captures the flame signal and transmits it to the PLC. After the PLC analyzes signals such as wavelength and confirms that the detection is accurate (not a false alarm), it sends a signal to the explosion-suppression device, triggering the gas generator inside. The resulting extinguishing powder is then rapidly ejected from the device, effectively cutting off the flame's propagation medium within the pipeline and thereby suppressing the fire.
