Mining mixer
It operates with both electric and compressed-air drive options, offering high power output and robust mixing capabilities—resulting in fast stirring speeds and exceptional efficiency. This equipment can thoroughly blend one or more grouting (filling) materials, such as cement and fly ash, with water to create a uniformly mixed slurry, which is then ready for delivery to various mud pumps and grouting pumps for injection or filling tasks. When continuous, uninterrupted operation is required, it’s recommended to use two mixers: one dedicated to delivering the slurry, while the other handles the continuous feeding and mixing process.

It can thoroughly mix one or several grouting (filling) materials—such as cement and fly ash—with water, creating a uniform slurry ready for delivery to various mud pumps and grouting pumps for injection or filling operations. When continuous, uninterrupted operation is required, it’s recommended to use two mixers: one to output the slurry, and the other to add materials and continue mixing.
It can be used independently or combined with grouting pumps, fire-retardant pumps, gel pumps, and other equipment manufactured by our company, helping to reduce workers' physical strain.

Mining mixer
The horizontal mixer is a gravity-fed type, designed for clockwise mixing during operation and counterclockwise discharge. Its simple structure and easy operation make it ideal for concrete construction in the confined spaces of coal mine shafts. It can be used either independently or in conjunction with the ZHJ series grouting equipment (in the form of a concrete pump), enabling seamless integration of mixing and material delivery functions. This mixer is particularly well-suited for blending materials such as concrete, coal gangue, and mortar directly in underground coal mine environments.
