    1. Endothermic cooling: The gel formation process is a hydrolysis reaction that absorbs a large amount of heat, reducing the temperature of the coal.

    2. Leak sealing: The gel has good leak sealing performance. Before gelation, it flows easily and has good diffusion and penetration effects, allowing it to penetrate the cracks in the coal seam to seal leaks.

    3. Inhibiting effect: The gel has good inhibiting properties. It not only absorbs heat and cools but also wraps the coal body, isolating oxygen from the coal, thus inhibiting combustion.

    4. The gel pump features fast fire extinguishing speed, good safety, short fire area reopening time, and low fire area re-ignition rate;

    5. Injecting gel through the gel pump can achieve lowering coal temperature, inhibiting combustion, and sealing leaks, with advantages such as strong penetration and good stability;

     

    Product Applications

    Used in coal mine roadways, mine roof and floor protection to prevent rock wall peeling and coal seam collapse. It is also used for coal mine fire extinguishing and fire prevention by spraying gel materials to form a protective layer. Additionally, the mining gel pump is suitable for other places requiring polymer material spraying.
