Pneumatic Grouting Pump for Mining

    Article 45 When using the freezing method to excavate shaft wells, the following provisions shall be observed:

    1. The shaft wall structure of the frozen shaft shall adopt double-layer or composite shaft walls. After the construction of the frozen shaft section is completed, grouting between the walls shall be carried out in a timely manner. During grouting, the temperature of the concrete in the inter-wall layer shall not be lower than 4°C, and the frozen wall must remain sealed and able to withstand external hydrostatic pressure.

     

    Article 51 When the shaft passes through water-bearing rock formations or fractured zones with a predicted water inflow greater than 10m3/h, surface or working face pre-grouting methods shall be used for water blocking or reinforcement. Before grouting, grouting engineering design and construction organization design must be prepared.

    Article 107 For coal mining faces using the artificial roof layered caving method, the artificial roof must be laid intact and tightly overlapped.

    When using the layered caving method for mining, grouting or water injection must be carried out into the goaf. The specific requirements for grouting or water injection shall be clearly specified in the operating procedures.

    Mainly used in mine operations, tunnel construction, hydraulic engineering, subway construction, building engineering, bridge construction, highway and railway subgrade maintenance, and flood control and emergency rescue, for grouting water blocking, filling voids, grouting consolidation of fractured rock formations, and anchor support.
