    Coal Mine Safety Regulations

    Article 45: When using the freezing method to excavate vertical shafts, the following provisions shall be observed:

    1. The shaft wall structure for frozen shafts shall adopt a double-layer or composite shaft wall. After the completion of the freezing section of the shaft, backfill grouting between the walls should be carried out promptly. During grouting, the temperature of the concrete in the inter-wall space shall not be lower than 4°C, and the frozen wall must remain sealed and capable of withstanding external hydrostatic pressure.

     

    Article 51: When a shaft well penetrates aquiferous rock strata or fractured zones with predicted water inflow exceeding 10 m³/h, waterproofing or reinforcement shall be carried out using either surface grouting or in-situ face grouting. Prior to grouting, it is mandatory to prepare both a grouting engineering design and a construction organization plan.

    Article 107: For coal mining faces employing the layered caving method with artificial false roofs, the artificial false roof must be laid completely and tightly lapped.

    When adopting the layered caving method for mining, it is mandatory to inject grout or water into the mined-out area. The specific requirements for grouting or water injection shall be clearly stipulated in the operational procedures.

    Primarily used in mine operations, tunnel construction, hydraulic engineering, subway construction, building construction, bridge construction, highway and railway subgrade maintenance, and flood control and emergency rescue—this equipment is employed for grouting to stop water leakage, fill voids, consolidate fractured rock formations through grouting, and provide anchor cable support.

    3. It boasts high work efficiency and excellent functionality, supporting both single-component grout injection and two-component grout injection. It can inject not only chemical grouts but also other types of grouts such as cement.
    4. It boasts advantages such as low energy consumption, minimal vibration, low noise, high efficiency, stable and reliable performance, convenient adjustment of pressure and flow, and a long service life.
    5. Suitable for use with materials such as Marsem, Rockhux, yellow mud slurry, fly ash, and polymeric colloidal fire-retardant agents.
    6. Use various mixed fire-extinguishing materials, such as single-liquid A, dual-liquid AB, or triple-liquid ABC, to extinguish fires.
