    Based on Standards

    According to DB14/T 2060-2020 "Intelligent Coal Mine Construction Specification" and NB/T 10048-2018 "Safety Operation Specification for In-use Drum Driven Belt Conveyors in Coal Mines", automatic fire prevention and extinguishing devices need to be installed in belt transport roadways and electromechanical chambers.

     

    System Overview

    The ZSM127 coal mine automatic fire alarm and extinguishing device mainly detects parameters such as temperature, carbon monoxide concentration, flame, and smoke to intelligently determine whether a fire has occurred; once a fire occurs, the device will automatically activate water spray or dry powder extinguishing and issue a voice alarm.

     

    System Purpose

    Suitable for fire prevention and extinguishing use in underground coal mine belt transport roadways, electromechanical chambers, coal bunker electromechanical equipment centralized use areas, and other locations.

     

    System Composition

    The control device mainly consists of the ZP127-Z mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe automatic water spray dust suppression main control box, mine carbon monoxide sensor, mine temperature sensor, mine intrinsically safe smoke sensor, mine intrinsically safe flame sensor, mine intrinsically safe voice and light alarm, mine explosion-proof electric ball valve, mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe DC stabilized power supply, etc.

    When smoke concentration reaches 5% obs/m, the sensor should activate, and the response time should not exceed 20s.

    5. Operating Performance

    When smoke concentration ≥ 5% obs/m, the red LED light stays on, the buzzer alarms, the relay activates, and RS485 outputs an alarm signal;

    When smoke concentration < 5% obs/m, the red LED light turns off, the buzzer stops, the relay resets, and RS485 outputs a normal signal.
