The complete set is equipped with a mine car chassis, paired wheels, axle supports, and impact buffers—all manufactured according to standard rail profiles and gauge specifications used in coal mines, allowing for direct deployment and operation underground.
2. The grouting device can finely grind non-combustible grouting materials and mix them with water according to a specific ratio to create a fire-extinguishing agent. This agent is then delivered via pipelines—either by static or dynamic pressure—to the mine’s fire-prevention and firefighting zones, effectively inhibiting coal oxidation or extinguishing already ignited coal masses.
