Mine pneumatic grouting pump 2ZBQS50/3
Pneumatic grouting pumps for mining applications are primarily used in coal mines, underground mines, tunnels, hydraulic engineering, subways, construction sites, bridges, and other construction projects. They are employed for waterproofing well walls, filling voids, grouting and consolidating fractured rock formations, and injecting grout into anchor cables. These pumps are also utilized to repair localized defects such as slurry heaving in road and railway subgrades, as well as for treating soft ground foundations. Additionally, they play a crucial role in eliminating underground hazards during flood control and emergency rescue operations.

Mine pneumatic grouting pump 2ZBQS50/3
Product Features
Thanks to the use of pneumatic transmission, the pump’s grouting performance is ideally suited for applications where high flow rates are required at low grouting pressures, while low flow rates are needed when grouting pressures increase. Pneumatic transmission also allows the pump to operate safely in hazardous environments such as those with flammable substances, high explosion risks, water exposure, and heavy dust levels.
Under conditions where the slurry ratio requirements are not strict, dual-fluid grouting can be achieved using just one pump, significantly reducing the cost of purchasing construction equipment.
It is reliable and can be used in environments with significant variations in temperature, humidity, as well as in flammable and explosive settings.
It boasts advantages such as low energy consumption, minimal vibration, low noise, high efficiency, stable and reliable performance, convenient adjustment of pressure and flow, and a long service life.Product Parameters

Work environment
The grouting pump operates at ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to +40℃, provided that the average temperature over a 24-hour period does not exceed 35℃. During non-operational periods, the ambient temperature must not fall below -40℃. This pump is suitable for use in coal mining working faces.
The grouting pump’s operating environment should have an altitude not exceeding 1,000 m; if the altitude exceeds 1,000 m, it should be treated as a special case.
When the grouting pump is in operation, the entire unit should be placed horizontally on a solid ground and must not sink during operation.
The actual machine shall prevail.
