The ZHJ series mobile fire-fighting grouting pump for coal mines is a high-performance grouting pump developed by our company. It features a single-cylinder, double-acting piston reciprocating structure with full hydraulic drive. The entire unit consists of two main components: the pumping station and the grouting body, both of which boast a compact design. The grouting body can be equipped with optional浆缸 (slurry cylinders) of varying diameters, allowing it to deliver three distinct models—low-pressure, high-volume; and high-pressure, low-volume—catering to applications with differing requirements.

The distribution system features an S-valve with excellent sealing performance, a simple and reliable design. The S-valve is equipped with a floating, wear-resistant ring that automatically compensates for wear. Additionally, the wear plate and wear-resistant ring are made from hard alloy materials, ensuring superior durability. The wear-resistant ring incorporates an innovative self-compensating gap mechanism, significantly extending its service life while making replacement quick and convenient.
The hydraulic system features hydraulically controlled directional control, ensuring high reliability.

Additionally, it’s perfectly suited for tunnel excavation and maintenance, including advanced pilot rod support during tunneling, grouting activities, shaft wall waterproofing, and consolidation grouting of fractured rock formations.
