Product Introduction
The ZHJ series mine fire prevention grouting device uses a motor as the power drive and employs full hydraulic drive S-pipe valve switching technology. It can continuously and uninterruptedly deliver slurry such as concrete and other mixed liquids at very high pressure to the required location. This pump is suitable for underground coal mines, tunnels, mines, national defense projects, and construction environments with flammable gases and explosion-proof requirements.

Features:
1. Dual-cylinder full hydraulic delivery improves work efficiency and reduces failure rate.
2. The slurry distribution system uses an S-pipe valve with good sealing, simple and reliable structure. The S-pipe valve is equipped with a floating wear ring that automatically compensates for wear.
3. The sight glass and wear ring are made of hard alloy with good wear resistance. The wear ring uses an automatically compensating clearance structure, which has a longer service life and is easy to replace.

1. Intelligent one-key start function is realized through PLC control, data can be uploaded in real time and corresponding data information is displayed on the screen.
2. The particle size requirements for the medium are relaxed; for example, concrete, gravel, sand, etc. can be mixed and grouted.

4. High flow, high pressure, and long delivery distance allow application in a wide range of scenarios.Operating Conditions:
- The whole machine must be placed horizontally during operation, with legs supported on a solid ground.
- Aggregate particle size range for concrete grouting: pebbles no larger than 30mm, crushed stone no larger than 22mm.
- Voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10%, frequency fluctuation should not exceed ±2%.
- Slump requirements for concrete grouting: between 80mm and 230mm.

Can be used for roadway sealing, shaft walls, support structures, concrete delivery and pouring, mine backfilling, floor laying, goaf isolation and filling, and can also replace wet spraying machines for spraying operations.
