    Product Introduction

    The polymer composite agent for mining is used in underground mining faces, goaf areas, sealed zones, and high-temperature zones of flammable coal seams to provide flame retardant cooling and reinforcement sealing treatment. It forms a stable antioxidant protective film, reduces the oxygen absorption capacity on the coal seam surface, and by spraying the polymer composite agent, it can reduce airborne coal dust, residual coal, and broken coal walls, achieving cooling, insulation, oxygen isolation, gas isolation, and sealing functions. It has low corrosion rate, high foaming rate, strong fire extinguishing ability, and high sealing strength.

    During fire prevention, it forms a stable antioxidant water-containing film on the coal surface, fully wrapping coal particles to isolate contact with oxygen, and has water regeneration capability, enhancing flame retardant and fire extinguishing effects. During sealing, it can cover roadway surfaces to prevent air leakage and harmful gas escape. In top-coal caving mining technology, it can be sprayed on residual coal for flame retardancy or mixed proportionally with yellow mud slurry for underground injection and coal wall sealing. It performs foaming cooling, gas sealing, flame retardancy, and fire extinguishing treatments on mining faces, high-temperature zones, sealed goaf areas, and fire sites.
