Article 260: Mines extracting coal seams prone to spontaneous combustion and self-ignition must prepare a special mine fire prevention and extinguishing design and adopt comprehensive measures to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seams. (Comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures refer to taking two or more fire prevention and extinguishing methods such as grouting, nitrogen injection, and spraying inhibitors)

Article 7: Coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing work must adhere to the principles of prevention first, early warning, adapting measures to local conditions, and comprehensive management, and formulate fire prevention and extinguishing measures both above and below ground.

Mines extracting coal seams prone to spontaneous combustion and self-ignition must prepare a special mine fire prevention and extinguishing design and adopt comprehensive measures to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seams. According to the specific conditions of the mine, grouting, inert gas injection,

spraying inhibitors, and two or more fire prevention and extinguishing technical methods shall be adopted to implement active prevention.

Product Introduction

The ZHJ series mine fire prevention and extinguishing grouting device can be used on coal mine underground working faces and goaf areas with the risk of coal spontaneous combustion as equipment for spraying slurry and lime slurry with water as the conveying medium. It uses inexpensive inorganic mineral materials to effectively fill areas of spontaneous combustion underground, absorbing the heat energy of oxidizing coal, preventing coal oxidation, and blocking air leakage channels, among other fire prevention and extinguishing functions.

1. Adapted to the underground coal mine environment and mine fire prevention needs, with rapid mobility. The entire set is equipped with mine car chassis, wheelsets, axle supports, bumpers, etc., all manufactured according to underground coal mine standard rail types and gauges, and can be directly sent underground for operation;
2. Three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump, with two cylinder diameters and four speed gears, capable of continuous operation, smooth continuous grouting, and stable pressure;

Operating Environment:

1. The flushing liquid used should not contain chemical impurities that corrode pump metal and rubber parts;
2. Working medium includes water, cement slurry, etc. Conveying medium density is 1.5×10³ kg/m³, medium temperature 5℃~85℃, sand content not exceeding 4%, diameter not exceeding 3mm.
3. No clumps of mud, weeds, leaves, or other debris that block the water filter are allowed.
4. Product Applications

Used on coal mine underground working faces and mining areas with the risk of coal spontaneous combustion, capable of spraying slurry materials such as water-based slurry, fly ash slurry, lime slurry, and chemical coagulant gels (or higher viscosity liquids and concentrates containing organic impurities and solid particles) as fire prevention and extinguishing equipment. It effectively absorbs the heat of oxidizing coal, prevents coal oxidation, and blocks air leakage channels to achieve fire prevention and extinguishing.
