TYKM-SPM-3 Three-Phase Foam Fire Extinguishing Agent for Mining

The mining three-phase foam fire extinguisher system is formed by nitrogen or underground compressed air combined with MT mining three-phase foam fire extinguisher and solid particle foaming. The foam expansion ratio is greater than 30 times. It diffuses in the goaf area and can accumulate upwards, covering floating coal effectively. This overcomes the shortcomings of grouting, which cannot uniformly cover floating coal and is prone to "grout leakage." It isolates oxygen from the coal body, stopping coal oxidation and heat generation reactions. As the foaming process continues, the foam coverage area expands, penetrating coal fissures, enlarging the fire extinguishing zone until the entire fire source is extinguished. At the same time, it covers the floating coal in the fire source area, providing cooling, heat dissipation, and temperature reduction. The foam has a long stabilization time, effectively preventing spontaneous combustion of coal. After the foam breaks, the nitrogen in the foam is released into the goaf, reducing oxygen content and fully exerting the suffocation fire extinguishing effect.

Lightweight filling spray material

The lightweight filling material for mining is easy to apply, effectively filling or spraying the required locations. It is non-flammable and does not support combustion, featuring lightweight, sealing, load-bearing, high efficiency, and environmental protection characteristics. It can effectively complete various tasks such as filling and sealing in coal spontaneous combustion hazard areas and gas mines. This material is mixed directly with water and pumped to the designated location through a slurry pump. It achieves initial setting within 20 seconds to 2 minutes (the initial setting time can be adjusted according to site conditions), gains strength within an hour, and also provides excellent fire prevention and extinguishing effects during the solidification process.

TY-WPM Inorganic Colloidal Foam Fire Extinguishing Agent

Inorganic colloidal foam fire extinguishing agent is composed of various inorganic powders, easily soluble in water, especially suitable for cold regions where storage is difficult. The materials are mixed with water in proportion, using water as the carrier, and can be directly used by the grouting system through a ground grouting station or used for temporary borehole grouting underground.

JTF-I Pruitt Mine Fire Prevention Special Liquid

To overcome the shortcomings of current fire prevention and extinguishing technologies such as mud slurry injection, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam, Pret Type I adopts encapsulation technology. It first uses microencapsulation technology to treat the surface of the gelling material. After foam is generated in water, the gelling material is then released, achieving the ideal state of foaming first and gelling later. This technology effectively integrates the advantages of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies including yellow mud grouting, inert gas, gel, inhibitors, and two-phase or three-phase foam, while avoiding their respective disadvantages.
